Where to Recycle Disposable Pens

Disposable pen manufacturers do not take back their used pens for recycling. And their parts cannot be put into your recycling bins. One man has made it his mission to find a better solution to putting used pens into the garbage stream. Costas Schuler, known as the Pen Guy in the San Francisco Bay area,   bought a 1981 Mercedes Benz and started gluing used disposable pens to it. He calls it his Mercedes Penz. It is his way of drawing attention to his mission. If you want to contribute your used disposable pens to his effort to collect a million pens, mail yours to him at P.O. Box 994, Forestville, CA,95436.
